General

1. This program is applicable for Wynk Music’s Android and iOS mobile apps only, hereinafter referred to as “mobile apps”.
2. The Refer and Earn Program is only valid on new installs and sign ups on mobile apps:
   1. Your friend(s) must not have installs the Wynk app on any of their device before.
   2. The phone number through which the friend signs up with Wynk app, must not have been use for signing up with the Wynk app earlier
   3. A sign up with a different phone number using the same device will not qualify as a valid referral
   4. The device on which the friend downloads the Wynk app should not be rooted or jail-broken
3. A successful referral will entitle both link sharing user & the referred user to Rs. 20 earning in their Airtel Payments Bank Saving Account or Wallet. This however will be governed by the overall program level cap defined below
4. The last link used to install the app would be consider for the referral earning. In case the friend clicks on the link through any other friend or campaign link after clicking on your link, the original referral will not be eligible
5. In case of a successful referral, The referral earning will be credit to the Airtel Payments Bank Saving Account or Wallet linked to the phone numbers used with the Wynk app within 72 working hours of the new installer opening and registering themselves on the app.
6. On successful referral an SMS of confirmation of credit will be sent within 72 working hours of the new installer opening and registering themselves on the app. In case you do not receive an SMS within 72 working hours of the above, it would mean that the referral has been rejected due to not meeting any of the conditions of this referral program.
7. In case you’ve received an SMS of confirmation but the cash-back is not credit to your Airtel Payments Bank Saving Account or Wallet, please contact us using the Help & Support section of the app with a screenshot of the SMS.

Program Period and Invite

1. The referral program is valid from 5pm, 19th February 2018 to 11:59:59 pm, 7th March 2018 (both days inclusive).
